Our platform provides:

  • Individual Listings: Flat-rate posting service for individual users
  • Dealership Subscriptions: Monthly subscription packages for business users
  • Listing Management: Tools to create, edit, and manage vehicle listings
  • Search and Discovery: Platform for buyers to find listings

3. User Accounts

Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You're responsible for maintaining account security
  • One person or entity per account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

Account Types

  • Individual Users: Pay flat rate per listing
  • Dealership Users: Monthly subscription based on selected package

4. Subscription Services

Dealership Subscriptions

  • Monthly billing based on selected package
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled
  • Package features and pricing are subject to change with notice
  • No refunds for partial months except as required by law

Subscription Cancellation Policy

Important: When you cancel your subscription, your benefits and access will continue to run until your current billing cycle finishes. You will retain full access to all subscription features until the end of your paid period, after which your account will revert to the basic service level.

Payment Terms

  • All fees are non-refundable except as stated
  • Payments processed through secure third-party processors
  • Late payments may result in service suspension
  • You're responsible for applicable taxes

Refund Policy

  • If we reject any of your listings after you submit them, you will receive a full refund of the fees paid for that rejected listing.
  • No refunds are provided for cancellations, unused subscription time, or other circumstances.
  • Refunds for rejected listings will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Discounts and Promotion Codes

Subscription Promo Codes

  • Promo codes apply to the first billing cycle of your subscription.
  • After the promotional period ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard, non-discounted rate.
  • If you cancel a discounted subscription, the promo code cannot be transferred, reactivated, or applied to a future subscription.

Product Discounts

  • Stated percentage discounts (e.g., 15% off) apply only to the base price of the specified product.
  • Discounts do not apply to taxes, shipping, or processing fees.

General Rules & Limitations

  • Only one promo code or discount can be applied per order. Promotions cannot be combined.
  • All promotional codes have strict expiration dates and times. Expired codes will not be honored or extended.
  • Discounts have no cash value and cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash or credit.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any ongoing promotion or code at any time without prior notice.

5. Listing Guidelines

Acceptable Content

  • Accurate vehicle information and descriptions
  • Your own photos or properly licensed images
  • Truthful pricing and condition statements
  • Contact information for legitimate inquiries

Prohibited Content

  • False, misleading, or deceptive information
  • Copyrighted images without permission
  • Spam, duplicate, or irrelevant listings
  • Illegal items or services
  • Offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Interfere with platform functionality
  • Attempt to access unauthorized areas
  • Use automated tools to scrape content
  • Engage in fraudulent activities

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of content you post
  • You grant us license to display and distribute your listings
  • You're responsible for ensuring you have rights to posted content

Our Content

  • Platform design, features, and functionality are our property
  • Trademarks, logos, and branding are protected
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We provide the service "as is" without warranties
  • We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the past 12 months
  • We don't guarantee listing success or buyer/seller interactions

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:

  • Your use of the service
  • Your listings or content
  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your violation of third-party rights

10. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

11. Termination

By You

  • Cancel subscription anytime through account settings
  • Account deletion removes all associated data
  • No refunds for unused subscription time
  • Benefits continue until current billing cycle ends

By Us

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations
  • We may discontinue service with reasonable notice
  • Immediate termination for serious violations

12. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Dominican Republic.

Arbitration

Disputes may be subject to binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, where permitted by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via:

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
